ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Us Four Ventures LLC was founded by Alex Ussery, a public safety and emergency management professional with more than 20 years of experience leading operations, planning initiatives, and real-world problem solving. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen structure, improve communication, and perform more effectively in both routine operations and high-pressure environments where clarity and readiness matter most.
That experience shapes the business. The approach is direct, practical, and focused on outcomes. Whether developing a website, improving a planning document, or helping organize a complex project, the goal is to create something that is both professional and genuinely useful.

CREDENTIALS
Ongoing professional development remains a core part of the approach behind Us Four Ventures. Current work includes the pursuit of the Illinois Professional Emergency Manager (IPEM) credential, supported by leadership development, advanced planning work, and operational experience.
PLANNING & EXERCISE LEADERSHIP
Extensive experience coordinating and managing tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises across schools, public safety, and community partners. This includes reunification exercises, active threat planning, HSEEP-aligned projects, and complex multi-agency coordination.

The foundation of this work comes from real-world response, operational leadership, and high-pressure decision making. Years of experience in emergency response, incident coordination, and public safety operations shape a practical, outcomes-focused approach to every project.
